Not copy. We have a call with you of about 30 minutes and write the copy. Photos of your business are better than any stock photo, so we work with the images you already have.
Yes. We move both for you and agree the timing with you beforehand. A short interruption is possible. The domain is registered to your business.
After the initial call you get 3 drafts within 3 business days. Once you have decided, your website is online within 30 days. That is our commitment: if it takes longer, you pay no monthly fees for the waiting time. The condition is that you give us content and approvals within 3 business days each time.
Your website is hosted on servers in Germany. Your 4 email mailboxes (20 GB each) also run through us.
After 12 months, you can cancel monthly. The domain, copy, images and data are always yours. That is why we aim to keep you with good service, not with small print.
Then you receive the complete code, all access details and handover instructions. Your domain is yours from day one anyway.
The monthly fee includes at least 2 changes (up to 30 minutes each) per month, more depending on your package, for example new copy, images, job ads or opening hours. The exact number is in your quote. Bigger projects such as new pages we discuss with you first.
Because a website creates work after launch: updates, security, changes, vetted legal texts. The monthly fee covers that, and the only one-off cost is the setup, from €1,500.
We make our money from the long working relationship, not from a quick sale. That's why we only bind you for 12 months. After that, you stay only if it's worth it for you.
